A Note from the Creator

Over the past 14 years my team and I have been performing the activities suggested in this product and we have seen significant increase in agents' performance and productivity.   I have put together the materials found in this planner with the intention to help as many agents as possible. I am blessed in having accomplishing success in my life with the help of many other people and now feel is my turn to help others.

What's on this Planner?

This is not just a typical planner, is an action workbook that was carefully designed based on the needs of actual  real estate sales agents. 

It's main purpose is to help agents and realtors increase their conversion rate by following the suggested actions that will lead to the accomplishment of their goals.

 It provides easy formulas and examples  on how to calculate current conversion rate, number of leads needed to contact, number of transactions needed to close taking into account agent's desired yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly income goals.

 It also includes charts to keep track of transactions currently under contract and actual closed transactions summary with projected "Take Home Commission Income" and actual closed transactions per month, as well as other resources that will keep track of agents ' results, ideas on how to save money from your net income to invest, for self improvement, pleasure, marketing and for other projects, etc. 

Agents can start using "The 90 Day Action Planner for Real Estate Professionals"  at any time, any day of the week, any month, any year as it is designed for the user to fill in the dates and contains materials to be used for a period of 3 months. Once done with a planner, you can retain in as reference for future referrals from past clients and to keep track of your sales and accomplishments, then order another planner from us for the next 90 days and so on.

About The Author

Doris Salinas-Sanchez

Is an active licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas with over 12 years of experience specializing in residential, commercial, farm & ranch, new construction, bank owned and foreclosure properties. Salinas-Sanchez is also the local US-HUD listing broker in 6 counties in South Texas.  Currently owns and manages two brokerages in South Texas along with husband Armando Sanchez. She coaches and trains a group of about 24 agents under her license among them the top local producers. 

Background Education & Experience

Doris' holds a bachelor's of science degree in Management Industrial Engineering, two Texas Teaching Education Certifications in Secondary Mathematics and Secondary Spanish.
